Calgary Stampede -- Stampede Ground

Besides the extravaganza Stampede parade, there is another important place to check out and it is Stampede Ground. From downtown, take Somerset train (South train) to Victoria Park/Stampede station or Erlton/Stampede station. There are a lot of exhibitions and shows here. It's a big fair. I saw the grandstand show in Thrusday evening and rodeo on Saturday.


Also in downtown area, there are some activities going on too, such as, free bucky ride, square dancing, free breakfast, concert, exhibitions and ect. Erlton entry
